Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux are seeking an Honorary Treasurer (Volunteer) Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux Ltd (WCABx) provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice for those who live in the borough of Wandsworth.
Our Bureaux operate in three locations - across split sites in Battersea, and Roehampton. We also provide general and specialist outreach sessions hosted by a number of other community organisations. Last year we helped over 15,591 clients with over 18,155 enquiries, ranging from benefits and debt to health and immigration.
We are recruiting a new trustee to act in the important role of Honorary Treasurer (volunteer) to help the Board maintain an overview of WCABx financial affairs and ensure sound financial management. We are seeking an individual who has both financial qualifications and experience; with the passion and commitment to help us build on our successes and fulfill our vision.
