In less than a week the curtains will be going up on Cinderella in Trinity Road’s Magdalene Hall - and it has more gags and songs than you could shake a magic wand at! From the Monkees to Katy Perry and everything in between, this show has show stoppers and crowd pleasers galore.
Jane Cooper, stalwart of the Magdalene Players and director of Cinderella has been relishing every moment of rehearsals.
“I couldn’t be happier with the cast we have this year. The chorus are a tremendous group of young people who are certainly giving the principals a run for their money!
“The talent we have in the group keeps getting better and better and is the reason why I love being a part of our pantos every year.”
Unbelievably, this is the Magdalene Players’ 32nd pantomime (oh yes it is, oh no it isn’t ...) and this production promises to live up to the legacy of the great pantomimes that have gone before.
