Young Muslims from the London Mosque on Gressenhall Road went to meet elderly residents at the Park Lodge Care Home last weekend.
They handed over gifts for the residents and staff and were given the opportunity to sit down and have a chat with OAPs.
Ahmadi Muslims undertake charity and community work throughout the year, most recently having organised community blood drives in the London Mosque attended by all the local community.
Ahmadi youths see this as there duty as to serve mankind is part of the Islamic faith and what better way to do this that to undertake regular community projects in our local area.
