Battersea Park is hosting London's first ever Halloween 5k fun run.
Held on 31st, the run will take part at night with “rolling fog, murderous music and with numerous ghosts and ghouls hanging around to point you in the right direction.”
In aid of the Stroke Association, the registration fee is £10 and each runner is asked to raise a minimum of £50.
The run starts at 7pm but there will be Halloween-themed cocktails after.
Fancy dress is optional but for those that don’t dress up, there will be “a few surprises hanging around on route to make you wish you were.”
If you don’t want to take part but would like to volunteer for this event or any other for the Stroke Association, visit: http://www.stroke.org.uk/fundraising/fundraising_events/halloween_howler_4.html Based on information supplied by Gemma Howe.
