Photos from a fatal crash in Colliers Wood show multiple emergency services at the scene.
At 12.15pm on Sunday (July 28), emergency services were called to reports of a crash between a car and four pedestrians on the A24 Merantun Way.
Despite the efforts of crews, one of the pedestrians, a 49-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed.
Photos capture the police force and the London Fire Brigade at the scene.
They also depict the road cordoned off as emergency services managed the incident.
Seven people in total were treated by London Ambulance Service crews.
Five adults were taken to hospital and a child was discharged on scene.
The incident caused delays in the area, and bus route 470 was detoured.
Enquiries are ongoing to determine the full circumstances of the crash.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage are asked to call the police on 101, quoting reference 3284/28JUL24.
