Police have arrested several people after a protest group blocked Oxford Circus yesterday afternoon.
Officers were called to Oxford Circus at 2.40pm yesterday (June 22).
Conditions for protestors to move out the road were imposed at 3.05pm.
Police say "most compiled" but several arrests were also made.
The junction reopened to traffic at 3.35pm.
A video shared on X by newly launched group Youth Demand, shows people blocking the road with posters, megaphones and people sitting in the road.
