A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital after a shooting in Clapham.
The incident happened in Gaskell Street at 5.50pm yesterday (October 17).
Officers, including firearm specialists, attended the scene and found a man injured.
He was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening but possibly life-changing.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and firearms offences.
They have been taken into police custody.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by LAS at 17:50hrs on Tuesday, 17 October to Gaskell Street SW4 following reports of a shooting.
“Specialist firearms officers were among those responding.
“A man, aged in his 20s, was found injured.
“He was taken to hospital where he remains; his condition is not believed to be life-threatening but may possibly be life-changing.
“Three men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and firearms offences and have been taken into custody.”
