Oboh Imasogie, of Stroud Crescent, is wanted in connection with Immigration offences.
He is described to be an Afro-Caribbean man between the age of 50-55 and has a beard.
Crime Stoppers say Oboh goes by the nicknames of Augustus Cole or Austin Coleman.
