A man has been taken to hospital after a serious crash in Nine Elms.
Ambulance crews were called to the scene at around 9.50pm yesterday to the crash in Nine Elms Lane.
An ambulance crew, team leader and two paramedics in fast response cars were sent to the scene.
An air ambulance was also dispatched.
A person was treated at the scene and taken to a major trauma centre.
Two other people were also assessed but not taken to hospital.
The first London Ambulance Service medic arrived at the scene in less than four minutes.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 9:49pm yesterday (28 February) to reports of a road traffic collision on Nine Elms Lane, SW8.
"We sent an ambulance crew, a team leader and two paramedics in fast response cars. We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance. The first of our medics arrived in under four minutes.
"A person was treated at the scene and taken to a major trauma centre. We assessed a further two people, but they were not taken to hospital."
A spokesperson for London's Air Ambulance Charity said: “Our advanced trauma team was dispatched via rapid response car by London Ambulance Service at 21:57 on Monday 28 February to reports of a road traffic collision in the Nine Elms area.
"After treatment on scene the patient was transferred by road to a major trauma hospital accompanied by London’s Air Ambulance.”
