Taiwo Osinnowo
Police are concerned for the welfare of a man missing from a mental health facility in Tooting.
Taiwo Osinnowo absconded from the grounds on August 1, and is without the medication he requires.
He is believed to be travelling on buses and has already been in New Cross, Deptford, Erith, Elephant and Castle and Peckham.
He is described as 6ft 1in tall, heavy build, with short greying hair and a scar on his left hand.
He was last seen wearing black jeans, black suede shoes, a grey jumper and a black and blue top.
