St George’s Hospital has failed to say how many of its Covid patients are vaccinated.
The latest data on the government dashboard from July 13 shows there were 20 coronavirus patients at the hospital in Tooting, with two on ventilators.
St George’s announced on July 9 that there were 10 Covid inpatients with one in intensive care. But the trust still won’t say how many jabs, if any, Covid patients have received.
Some 4,610 patients have been in the hospital with the virus since the pandemic started to July 11.
The trust is not alone as other NHS trusts in South and West London said they wouldn’t reveal how many Covid patients on their wards had either one or two doses of a coronavirus vaccine.
Despite being contacted multiple times, St George’s Hospital have yet to say how many on their Covid patients numbers have received the vaccine.
An NHS England spokesperson previously told MyLondon that data on Covid patients with vaccinations could not be shared due to patient confidentiality.
The Local Democracy Reporting Service also contacted NHS England and NHS London for further information but has yet to receive any figures.
Public health officials have previously shared data on the number of vaccinated and non-vaccinated Covid patients on wards.
George Eliot Hospital told CoventryLive on Wednesday that four of the 10 Covid patients on its wards had not had a single vaccination.
The Nuneaton hospital added that one patient had received a single vaccine dose, while the remaining five patients had two doses.
