A fitness studio in Earlsfield has launched a 'Move For Your Mood Challenge' to combat lockdown lethargy.
Beattitude opened its doors on Garratt Lane over five years ago, as London's first female-only boutique fitness studio.
Currently, all classes are taught via live stream and can be accessed easily at home.
Now they are starting a 'Move For Your Mood Challenge', which will run from Monday 8 - Sunday 21 March 2021.
The goal is to inspire Wandsworth women to focus on the mood-boosting effects of movement through a two-week online fitness challenge.
Participants should complete 10 of their live stream classes in 14 days and notice the changes to their mood.
"Whether it’s a HIIT class to energise, a Core class to recentre, a Lift class to empower or a Yoga class to help to find calm and refocus your mind, we want you to #MOVE4MYMOOD," said a trainer.
Beattitude is offering unlimited access to all of its live stream classes over the two-week challenge period for £15.
