A man and a woman who were arrested following the death of a child have been re-bailed.
An investigation by detectives from the Specialist Crime Command was launched following a call to officers just after 6am August 27, to a home in Putney.
London Ambulance Service informed police they were responding to reports of a child in cardiac arrest.
The child, who was aged 15 months, was taken to a west London hospital and pronounced dead at 7.22am.
The family are aware.
A post-mortem examination took place on August 29 at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Further tests are due to take place, however police are treating the death as suspicious.
A man and a woman, both aged 29 and who both lived at the Putney home where the child was found, were arrested on suspicion of murder.
The pair appeared in court last month and have both been re-bailed to a date in late November.
