Police are appealing for witness after a motorbike accident left a female passenger with serious injuries.

The incident happened at about 12.15pm on Sunday, January 25 in Queensway, Hersham.

Surrey Roads Police tweeted: "The rider of m/cycle accelerated so hard his pillion passenger was thrown from the bike. She has serious injuries."

Police were called to the scene after receiving reports a woman had fallen from a motorbike. She had shoulder injuries and was taken to hospital.
