The Mayor of Wandsworth visited a care centre for disabled children.
Councillor Stuart Thom attended an event on Tuesday, October 7, at Oakdene in Tooting, following an upgrade by the property developer Lend Lease.
Oakdene is a nine bed respite service for children with learning disabilities or physical disabilities whose parents need regular breaks.
It also has four bedrooms for children and young people who may need longer term care or are in the care of the council.
