Clouds dotting the bright blue sky set the perfect scene for our Street Party held last Sunday 8 June.
Celebrating our fourth of business, the team at Third Door decided to put on a good old fashioned Street Party! We close up part of the street and opened the doors to our members and local community throughout the day having organised music and entertainment for children and adults alike.
The Under the Sea Bouncy castle was an instant success only upstaged when the wonderful Miss Ballooniverse made her grand entrance in her signature rainbow coloured dress. Before heading off to her next gig with none other than ONE DIRECTION, she wowed the crowds with her balloon creations from crowns to elephants to a full scuba diver kit!
The local Fire Brigade dropped in and generously gave their time to show the children around their big red truck. We were also treated to a visit from the local Police - John and Emma, the latter of which made a beeline for the Bouncy Castle for a well earned break!
It was a wonderful day and the Third Door team would love to thank everyone for coming, and especially all the local businesses who supported in one way or another (Hudson's, The Cat's Back, The Queen Adelaide, Pip Organic, HSS Hire, Bee's Pantry). We couldn't have done it without you!
