On Tuesday 19th November 2013, St. Michael's CE School - Granville Road, Southfields - welcomed a delegation of Japanese Educationalists. They were visiting England to learn more about 'Engaging with the Community'. St. Michael's gave a presentation on this theme and their Head Boys and Girls gave the group a tour of the school. The delegation also observed an RE lesson and the extended school clubs and Wrap-Around Care. It was a wonderful opportunity for communities to come together and share ideas. Ann-Marie Grant, Headteacher, said that it was a very rewarding day for everyone involved and a great way for St. Michael's to live out their school motto: "Working together for the good of all."
