Banter fc marked another fantastic win at the weekend, with a phenomenal scoreline of 15-0 over Real Merton! Banter showed there intention right from kick off when they went 1-0 up within the opening 5 minutes, with a lovely effort from in-form winger Jack Hart. After this the flood gates opened, and everyone wanted a piece of the action. Jack Hart got his 1st half hatrick for the club and the man pulling all the strings Bas Moraly opting to assist in the scoring of goal this week rather than the scoring of them. The second half continued in the same form with two second half hatricks from Ricky Burgess fresh back from injury and the very gifted Marcus Jarvis. All 3 defenders also got on the scoresheet with Aaron BG scoring a cross wish snuck itself into the back of the net and a lovely 25 yard curler from Dylan Merchant. The talented Banter skipper got involved aswell, scoring two goals late on in the game! We spoke to him after the game and heres what he had to say on the victory ' I'm really pleased with all the boys this week, we just wanted to keep up our superb run of form which we did this weekend. We showed spirit and character and theres a lot of class out there i can really see us doing big things this season.' All in all this weekend was another big win for Banter which see's them progress in the right direction on there journey to win the league trophy.
