House prices in Wandsworth have crept up yet again as the area's property market continues to show signs of life.
According to the latest official figures from the Land Registry, the average sale price of a home in the SW18 post code area was £568,890 during November 2012.
This is approximately £30,000 less than the peak level of £600,000 which was reached in August 2011.
There were 114 sales reported to the Land Registry during the month, 12 of which were for more than £1m.
The most expensive property sold during the month was on Patten Road changing hands for £2,550,000.
The November data from Land Registry's flagship House Price Index shows an annual price increase of 0.9 per cent which takes the average property value in England and Wales to £161,490.
The monthly change from October to November is an increase of 0.3 per cent.
London continues to be the strongest area of the country in price terms with an increase of 5.9 per cent.
