Lombard Road.
A man is in a critical condition after his vehicle crashed into a wall in Wandsworth.
While enquiries into the incident continue, it is believed that the driver suffered a medical episode prior to the collision.
Police were called at approximately 2.50 pm on Monday, November 26 to Lombard Road. They found a car had been involved in a collision with a wall.
It is not thought any other vehicles were involved in the collision.
