Tooting MP Sadiq Khan has urged Wandsworth residents to respond to the consultation on Crossrail 2 before it is too late.
Transport for London (TfL) is running the consultation on the proposed route of Crossrail 2, which will go from north Surrey to north east London, over the Christmas period, with the opportunity to respond ending on January 8.

In October, TfL announced Balham would be its "preferred option" for the route, as ground conditions at Tooting Broadway mean the station would take two years longer, and cost twice as much, to build than one at Balham.
Mr Khan said: "I have been contacted by a number of my constituents about the way that TfL has conducted the public consultation of Crossrail 2.
"In October, TfL announced that due to geological reasons, Tooting Broadway was no longer their preferred site for a station, and they were looking to Balham instead.
"TfL has been consulting about this and have held various drop-in events around Wandsworth.
"These consultations were designed to provide local residents with the full facts behind each option to allow them to make an informed decision on which they prefer."
Mr Khan criticised TfL for not providing enough sessions in Tooting and for advertising them poorly, and said he was successful in having more consultations added to the list.
However, Mr Khan's office gave the Wandsworth Guardian the incorrect dates for the new sessions, with the mistake only being rectified when they had already taken place.
The Tooting MP, and London Mayoral candidate, has also warned that responses to other surveys should not be considered an alternative.
